How the site uses cookies
1. What we mean by cookies
Last updated: 31.08.2026. Cookies are small records that a browser may store on a device while a website is being used. In this policy, the term also covers local storage and similar browser technologies when they are used to remember settings, support features, measure use or manage third-party content. Not every storage technology is advertising or analytics: some records are required simply to keep the site stable, secure and capable of remembering the visitor’s own privacy choice.
2. How consent works
Optional functional, analytics and marketing technologies should not run until the visitor has made the relevant choice. The banner allows you to accept all categories, reject optional categories or configure them individually. Your decision is stored locally in the browser so the website does not ask the same question on every page. If the administrator materially changes the rules or consent revision, the website may ask for your choice again.
3. Essential technologies
The Essential category supports functions without which the website cannot operate correctly or securely. It may include protective mechanisms, technical session data, storage of your privacy decision and other service records that are not used for optional analytics or advertising. Essential technologies cannot be disabled in the consent panel, but their scope should remain limited to a genuine technical need and should not be used as a shortcut for optional tracking.
4. Functional cookies
The Functional category may be required for additional features that are not necessary for basic reading of the website, such as embedded video, interactive widgets or certain external media features. By default, this category should remain off until you consent. When external content is blocked, the website may display a neutral placeholder and a button that lets you load the content after making the relevant choice.
5. Analytics cookies
Analytics technologies may be used to understand which pages are visited most often, how visitors move between sections, whether technical problems occur and which content could be improved. They are not required for basic website operation and should remain disabled until consent is available. If Google Analytics or another analytics service is enabled later, it should be assigned to the correct category and described according to the real configuration.
6. Marketing technologies and social platforms
The Marketing category may cover advertising pixels, campaign measurement, personalised advertising features or embedded social-platform content that sends information to an external provider. Meta Pixel or certain Facebook, Instagram, X and other social integrations may belong to this category depending on how they are implemented. They are not considered active merely because the policy lists them as examples; the administrator must actually enable them on the website.
7. Which optional services are active now
This content package does not automatically install Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other optional trackers. The administrator may add such services later. When that happens, each integration should be assigned to a consent category, tested to ensure that external scripts do not load before the visitor’s choice, and, where necessary, documented with provider-specific information about purpose and retention.
8. Embedded YouTube and social posts
Embedded YouTube video, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, TikTok, Telegram or other third-party content may contact external domains and send technical information to the provider. AEMB can assign these integrations to a consent category and keep them unloaded until permission is available. If the visitor chooses to allow and display the content, that external service may then operate under the provider’s own terms and privacy rules.
9. How long the consent choice is stored
Your optional-category choice is stored in the browser for the period configured by the administrator. The current AEMB setting is 180 days. This value can be changed under AEMB Studio → Privacy / cookies. The period refers to the record of your consent choice; individual essential or third-party cookies may use different retention periods depending on the specific function or provider.
10. Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies normally last until the browser is closed or the session ends. Persistent records remain until a defined expiry date, manual deletion or another configured event. Cookies may also be first-party, set by the website domain, or third-party, set by an external service. This policy explains the categories and governing rules rather than promising an unchanging list of cookie names, because providers may update their technologies.
11. Change or withdraw consent
You can reopen the settings panel at any time, disable a category you previously allowed and save a new choice. After consent is withdrawn, AEMB blocks future execution of managed integrations in that category. Known cookie names can also be configured for cleanup, but third-party providers may change those names, so browser-level controls remain an additional way to remove stored data.
12. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block and delete cookies for one website or for all websites. Blocking all browser storage can sometimes affect sign-in, abuse protection, language preferences or the ability to remember your privacy decision. If you manually clear website data, the consent banner may appear again because the local record of your previous choice has been removed.
13. Global Privacy Control and browser signals
The module can respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) when that option is enabled by the administrator and the browser sends the signal. In that case, optional categories remain off until you make an explicit choice. Other browser privacy signals have different levels of support across providers, so the website’s own cookie settings panel remains the primary control for optional categories on this site.
14. Changes to cookie names and integrations
Cookie names, expiry periods and external-provider behaviour can change when a provider updates its service. For that reason, the policy primarily documents purposes, categories and consent rules. When a new service is added or its implementation changes, the administrator should test what actually loads on the website and, where necessary, update the category, cleanup list and policy text.
15. Questions about cookies
Questions about cookies, consent settings or privacy can be sent to: contact email will be added by the site administrator. If the contact has not yet been added, the administrator can configure it in the privacy module and the address will automatically appear on both this page and the Privacy Policy.
16. How to review your current choice
You can review current preferences through the control that reopens cookie settings. It shows the available categories and lets you change your decision without manually searching for browser cookies. After a new choice is saved, the site should apply it to subsequent loading of optional tools. Deleting browser cookies may remove the locally stored choice, so the consent banner may appear again.
17. How the service list is kept current
The technology list should match the website’s real configuration. If an administrator later connects analytics, an advertising pixel, a video platform or a new social embed, that service should be assigned to the proper category and checked to ensure it does not start earlier than permitted. This keeps the policy aligned with actual use and avoids listing inactive tools merely as a precaution.

No. The package does not install those services automatically. If the administrator enables them later, the correct consent category must be assigned and pre-consent blocking should be tested.
Can I reject all optional cookies?+
Yes. Essential technologies remain active for core operation and security, while Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories can be rejected.
Why did the banner appear again?+
This can happen after browser data is cleared, the consent-storage period expires or the administrator changes the consent revision and needs to ask for a fresh choice.
Will YouTube load before I consent?+
When YouTube is implemented through the managed AEMB mechanism and assigned to an optional category, external content should remain blocked until the relevant permission is available.
How long is my choice stored?+
The period is configured in the privacy module and the current value is inserted automatically on this page from the AEMB settings.
Can I remove cookies manually?+
Yes. Use your browser settings to remove site data. After the local consent record is deleted, the website may show the banner again because it no longer knows your previous choice.
